Holiway Garden lives through the people who help with the daily organisation of the resort. We are proud and grateful to have so many wonderful and competent people who we can name our “employees”. Their laughter, their authentic behaviour and positive attitude to life characterize the atmosphere within the resort significantly.  

All our employees are local and most of them have been educated/trained by us, on location. The combination of their high level of professionalism and their cheery character has something secret about it – this is what makes our guests feel at home in Holiway Garden.

To the Management, it is important that each employee has the possibility of prospering personally and to further develop. Therefore we offer our employees the chance of advancement and support them regarding further education/training.

The founder and Managing Director of Holiway Garden Resort & SPA is Maria Dörr. 

Maria have lived in Holiway Garden Resort & SPA since 2010. Having contact to the guests is a particularly important factor for her.

Maria is the animating spirit in the resort and she is responsible for bookings and hospitality matters. Maria´s background as a Feng Shui consultant has significantly contributed towards making Holiway Garden what it is today. It is a pleasure for Maria to mediate her knowledge in her special workshops when it comes to Feng Shui.
